It's history time again....... Let's see about the first cartoonist as per my study......and it's Preston Blair!!!! Famous for his work " Cartoon Animation " which described his work in Disney, MGM and Hanna Barbera. The book was profound ,in-detail and depth and it was rich and vivid in colour as well as cartoons.
